This beautiful house has all the characteristics everybody wants in a colonial house: its located in downtown Mérida, walking distance from Paseo Montejo, it has pasta floors in excellent conditions, tall ceilings, great ventilation, a big filtered pool and a nice garden with sprinklers system, plus yard space to add to your convenience, and with the advantage that it's all been done or you!
